Harrison Assessments (HA) is a web-based system. HA Reports provide an analysis of the suitability of a person’s natural tendencies and preferences when applied to an employment position.The Reports focus on the ‘intensity’ and ‘balance’ of a person’s preferences in relation to: personality traits; interests; task preferences and the work environment.

The Compatability Communication System or CCS, is an image-based card system that improves the effectiveness of face-to-face and self-reflective experiences. The CCS is a tool for tapping out tacit knowledge - the things that we know but can't easily find the words to describe. CCS cards enable us to step outside ourselves, to reflect on and uncover what we really think and feel about something.
CCS is used by Ortran's Self-management Solutions facilitators as a core tool in self-managed change. The CCS cards, used as a vehicle for shared understanding, enable clients to unlock the door to self-understanding in a safe, creative and liberating way. The discovery process using visual images helps individuals to build a firm foundation for honest and open communication.

Action Profiles is a structured Action Learning System for identifying, measuring and managing the intangibles of self-managed change. This system enables individuals, teams and work-groups to measure and manage their everyday practice for more effective, efficient, productive and satisfying action.
With Action Profiles clients are able to make explicit the core activities that contribute to individual and shared achievement. Based on these core activities, clients create their own profile of action with dynamic, process-based, action-oriented indicators and measures, for the meaning and value of their current beliefs and practices.
Ortran Self-management Solutions is both the provider and accrediting body for Action Profiles, which may be accessed as a learning infrastructure, through a facilitated program of organisational learning.
